The process for issuing Operating Licenses for Health-Regulated Establishments (HREs) has been simplified in terms of bureaucracy, according to recent legislation. Business owners are now required to notify the Municipality in which their establishment is located about the commencement of their business activity, through the official platform.
Prior to this notification, all necessary actions must be completed and the required documentation and technical studies must be in place, as the business will be subject to post-audit inspections by the Health Department Inspectors and the Fire Service.
