Building Supervision & Construction

(We undertake the monitoring and quality control of all daily construction activities on a building site.)

Following the issuance of a Building Permit, construction supervision by a licensed engineer is essential for the smooth operation of the construction site. Every construction project—no matter how small it may initially seem—is a complex process. To ensure its safe and efficient completion, technical expertise, experience, and in-depth knowledge of building regulations and laws are required.

We undertake the daily monitoring and control of all works executed on-site.

The supervising engineer is responsible for:
 
  1. Ensuring that the project is executed in accordance with the approved building permit plans.
  2. Providing instructions and ensuring that the design is implemented precisely as specified.
  3. Preventing potential construction defects and recommending corrective actions for any issues identified through inspections.
  4. Overseeing compliance with safety regulations for both the project and on-site workers.
  5. Informing the Building Authority about inspections carried out by certified Building Inspectors, as required by the permit.
  6. Requesting laboratory quality control testing of materials or works, whenever deemed necessary.
